Smart Steps, founded in 1989 by Mr. Jay Reddy as a FAMILY-RUN footwear manufacturer, has developed into a large organisation providing QUALITY FOOTWEAR to clients across Southern Africa and throughout the world.
The foundation of the success of Smart Steps has been the PERSEVERANCE, COMMITMENT, and EXPERTISE of the entire staff from concept to delivery. The success of the team is enabled with the right training and development resulting in Novita being the footwear manufacturing powerhouse it is today.

Our factory (one of three production plants), in the heart of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, offers state of the art manufacturing.
